My second time there was fine, except for the bartending staff again being rude and lacking some serious customer service skills. Other staff members we encountered were really nice. The bartender and entrance security staff member were unexpectedly rude, and mixed drinks were incredibly weak. I still don't understand their age/hand stamp policy because I've been told something different every time. I felt so strongly about how I was treated that I ended up emailing them a complaint.
I was not treated with respect or made to feel welcome. My first visit was not enjoyable mostly because I was hounded by their security staff for looking young. I decided to wait for a few months before I submitted my review because I wanted to give them a fair chance to work out their kinks. So far I've been to Hollywood casino three times (I only play slots), most recently last night for New Year’s Eve, and thankfully my experience has improved with each visit. For what it's worth, I've never been to Vegas and I only have one other casino to compare this one too, so here it goes.
